I have a problem with the camera on my ZenFone 3. It says "failed to launch, please reboot". I've trying rebooting, safe mode, deleting data but nothing will work. The problem happened after I dropped it in water... would disassembling it and checking out the motherboard be a good idea?

Hello, at first you have to disassemble the phone and inspect connector of camera both of them if nothing changes then think about replacing.

Hello you can use two ways or you find something like a hooked thing (as needle) and stick it in hole and draw tray out or you'll take off a back cover and push it out from the inside to outside. Just do it very carefully. If something will go wrong write us we'll try to help.

Hello, thank you for video. The plug on the top left, what is that for? I am guessing volume and screen lock? The replacement LCD with frame on ebay only has bottom square plug and long lcd plug. Will the top left plug come from original phone? Or is ebay one missing that plug? thank you again

Hello, yea, this is flex cable of buttons volume +/- and power on. You have to glue it from old to new one.
