Hi, we don't use specific tools, just a 1.5 mm Phillips screwdriver, a triangular opening tool (blue) and tweezers. Also, the cover shouldn't be glued or stuck by anything.
What is the black round circle in the upper right corner? How many speakers does the ZC520KL have? I heared 2 speakers after buying, now there is only one speaker to here. I know 100% that there are 2 speakers, but ASUS try to tell me, it´s only one.
There are 2 speakers, first on the top used to call (beside the front camera) and the second is on the bottom with six small holes (not the left one if u handle ur phone facing to you, it is the mic)
