Hello! I can't hear the other person only on speakerphone. Through the earpiece I can hear. Calls and YouTube are heard loudly. Please tell me, do I need to replace the speakers or is the cause something else?
Hello. If the music speaker plays during a call or multimedia content, then the problem is not with it. Most likely the issue is with the headset jack or its contacts, it does not switch to speakerphone conversation mode. Disassemble the phone and check for moisture ingress, possibly swap in the lower board for testing. Then it will become clear what to do next 😊
