LG told me to find my model number under the battery; so i came here to find out how to remove the battery.
But you never removed the battery...
But you did put the model number in the title...
Ya, that's worth a thumbs up XD
Any way to get sound back? It is not a headphone jack issue, I have tried that app on google play that tells the phone where to send sound, and I have replaced the loudspeaker and no joy. Like is there a connection I should check or solder line or something? Thankyou.
Hi, what kind of problem you've got? When does the problem occur? Why did you replace the loudspeaker? Do you hear a caller or he hears you? Did you check the phone to calling with a headphone (wire), a headphone (Bluetooth) or using loud speech function?
What are the the two vertical contacts on the bottom left under the battery and the other two horizontal ones a little to the right? I installed a replacement screen that doesn't have any of those contacts but it still seems to work ok. Just wondering if I'm missing something.
Hey, do you know where I can get a board diagram for this phone (LS 755)? I need to recover some data from the eMMC chip and I need to see where the rails and traces go.
Sir, I have an LG XPower model kp6-1 which faults that destroy the battery. Make the battery fat. And then the phone is not charging. So I'm asking for a solution. I changed the battery twice, but again it became fat and, at last, did not charge.
There are two options, first is a short circuit somewhere on the board. The battery charge is constantly being consumed. Especially when in the off state, the battery goes to zero, which leads to swelling up. Second, the model is quite old, so the batteries are old too. They were in the warehouse for many years and, therefore, quickly failed.
