Hello, the glass can simply be pried up with a scalpel and removed, carefully clean the surface underneath it and glue on a new one. There is no need to disassemble the device!

It is depends, but the best if you will warm the cover few seconds several times. After that you can try to separate it using an opening tool - if the glue is to hard - try to warm it up again.
opening - does that mean - you turn on the app and see stripes? Can you send us a photo on Facebook where this will be visible? Maybe water got under the glass.
