Hi Guiseppe. It's a plastic protective layer for LCD. We often buy displays and have some quantity the layers/films for later. I've doubt that this one is on sale separately.

@Sudheer M.S I can't write the time but do it carefully like - warm - pry - warm up again and so on. The temp is about 60­°-70° C.

The last step - getting the battery free - is it OK to apply heat? It seems to be strongly glued down to the plastic carrier. Thanks for advice. Henry
