Hi, you don't need to buy anything instead of the camera. This camera connects to the PCB with FFC (Flexible flat cable). It can be glued with double-sided adhesive tape.
You should mention proper name of the phone while making any video. It could give you likes but it is of no use by giving a false name because the device is not just Redmi 4. Stupid
