Hi, when we've got the Zmax 2 we thought this model is old and we're happy to get this one. To find the Zmax, I don't know, it's hard to say but much harder to do. Anyway, if we obtain this one we'll make the video, no doubt!
apparently, my zte zmax 2 turns on now with a black screen, sometimes a restart loop. I even did factory reset which i believe has wiped all my good stuff off my phone and knowing that i didnt back up too. Please you have any idea whats going on and how to fix it?
Any number of things could be wrong with it. To fix it, though, your best bet is to try manually flashing the original software to it using a computer after putting the phone into recovery mode. You can find a few forums about your problem by googling, "zte z958 boot loop XDA." (Note: Z958 is the official model number for the ZMAX 2.) Hope this helps.
