Separate the display module from the cover.

⚠ Warning!

For careful separation, we recommend using a heat gun. At the same time, it is necessary to heat carefully in order, not to damage the surface of the device.

Using the key tool, open the SIM card and Micro SD card trays and remove them.

⚠ Warning!

Do not push too hard this may cause damage.

Using a screwdriver (Phillips 1.5 mm PH000), unscrew 18 bolts.

Open and remove the back cover.

Disconnect the battery connector. The battery model of Samsung Tab S2 T819 is EB-BT810ABE.

⚠ Warning!

We strongly recommend disconnecting the connector to avoid a possible short circuit during disassembly.

Disconnect connectors and remove the inter-board cable.

Disconnect connectors and remove the coaxial cable.

Using a screwdriver (Phillips 1.5 mm PH000), unscrew 4 bolts securing the battery.

Remove the battery.

Pry up the connector and remove the board with Sim and Micro SD card holders.

Using a screwdriver (Phillips 1.5 mm PH000), unscrew 1 bolt securing the headphone jack/socket.

Pry up the connector on PCB and remove the headphone jack/socket.

Pry up the connectors and remove the buzzer (loudspeaker) assembly.

Pry up the connector and remove the assembly of a buzzer (loudspeaker) and vibration motor.

Disconnect connectors on the daughterboard.

Using a screwdriver (Phillips 1.5 mm PH000), unscrew 1 bolt in the daughterboard.

Remove the daughterboard, also known as sub-board.

Disconnect connectors on PCB and remove the main and front (selfie) cameras.

Using a screwdriver (Phillips 1.5 mm PH000), unscrew 3 bolts in the PCB.

Disconnect connectors on the PCB.

Remove the PCB.
