Disassembly/Repair of the mobile device Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus SM-G975 (Samsung SM-G975F/DS (Global); SM-G975U (USA); SM-G975W (Canada)) with each step description and the required set of tools.

Using the key tool, open the SIM and Micro SD cards tray and remove it.

Open the back cover.

Using a screwdriver (Phillips 1.5 mm PH000), unscrew 16 bolts.

Pry and remove the covers with antennas, loudspeaker, and NFC tag.

Disconnect the battery connector. The battery model of Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus SM-G975 is EB-BG975ABU.

We strongly recommend disconnecting the connector to avoid a possible short circuit during disassembly.

Using a screwdriver (Phillips 1.5 mm PH000), unscrew 3 bolts in the PCB.

Disconnect the connector on PCB.

Pry up the connector on PCB and remove the headphone jack/socket.

Disconnect the connector on PCB, and remove the assembly of two (front) sefie cameras.

Remove the PCB.

Disconnect connectors on the PCB, and remove the assembly of three rear (main) cameras.
