Step 1.

Open the back cover

Open the back cover.

⚠ Warning!

For careful separation, we recommend using a heat gun. At the same time, it is necessary to heat carefully in order, not to damage the surface of the device.

Step 2.

Disconnect the connectors

Peel back the protective films and disconnect the display and touchscreen connectors.

Step 3.

Open the display

Separate the display module from the cover.

⚠ Warning!

For careful separation, we recommend using a heat gun. At the same time, it is necessary to heat carefully in order, not to damage the surface of the device.

Step 4.

Remove the tray

Turn over the Tab and using the key tool, open the SIM and Micro SD cards tray, and remove it.

⚠ Warning!

Do not push too hard this may cause damage.

Step 5.

Unscrew the screws

Using a screwdriver (Phillips 1.5 mm PH000), unscrew 22 screws in the frame of the phone.

Step 6.

Open the mid-frame

Pry and remove the middle frame.

Step 7.

Disconnect the battery connector

Disconnect the battery connector. The battery model of Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 is EB-BT825ABE.

⚠ Warning!

We strongly recommend disconnecting the connector to avoid a possible short circuit during disassembly.

Step 8.

Remove the frame

Pry up the flashlight connector and remove the frame.

Step 9.

Remove the interconnect cable

Disconnect connectors and remove the inter-board cable.

Step 10.

Unscrew the screws

Using a screwdriver (Phillips 1.5 mm PH000), unscrew 5 screws securing the battery.

Step 11.

Remove the battery

Remove the battery.

Step 12.

Remove the loudspeaker

Pry and remove assemblies of two buzzers (loudspeakers).

Step 13.

Remove the coaxial cable

Disconnect connectors and remove the coaxial cables.

Step 14.

Remove the loudspeaker

Pry and remove assemblies of two buzzers (loudspeakers). The upper one connects with a vibration motor.

Step 15.

Disconnect the connectors

Disconnect connectors on the daughterboard.

Step 16.

Remove the sub-board

Remove the daughterboard, also known as sub-board.

Step 17.

Remove the headphone port

Remove the headphone jack/socket.

Step 18.

Remove the cameras

Disconnect connectors on PCB and remove the main and front (selfie) cameras.

Step 19.

Disconnect the connectors

Disconnect connectors on the PCB.

Step 20.

Remove the motherboard

Remove the PCB.

Step 21.

In the housing remained

The housing/case.

Step 22.

In the display frame remained

The frame.

Step 23.

In the display frame remained

The display module.
