Disassembly/Repair of the mobile device Oppo A52 (Oppo A52 CPH2069) with each step description and the required set of tools.

⚠️️ Before disassembling, do not forget to turn your phone off.

First of all, we need to remove the card tray. To do this, we use a special tool, insert it into the hole and carefully push out the card tray.

ℹ️️ If the tray does not come out well, we can additionally use tweezers.

We need to heat the surface of the back cover to approximately 70 degrees Celsius or 160 degrees Fahrenheit. For this, we use a heating mat or we can use a hair dryer.

And after 5 to 7 minutes, we can move on to detaching the back cover.

To detach the back cover, we use a thin plastic film, insert it into the gap between the back cover and the middle cover and gently run it along the edge cutting off the adhesive base.

⚠️️ It's always important to be careful around the camera area so as not to accidentally damage the lenses.

⚠️️ We also need to be careful in the area of the side buttons, because in these places may be located cables.

And we proceed to unscrew the eight screws at the top. For this we use a 1.5 mm Phillips screwdriver or Philips #000.

It is better to place the screws on a special surface in a certain order just in case.

If the screws are not coming out well, we can use a magnetizer. If the screws get stuck, we can use tweezers.

Using a screwdriver Phillips 1.5 mm (PH #000), unscrew the five screws.

We can proceed to detach the middle cover.

To do this, we first use a thin plastic film, unclip a few clips and then use a thicker tool.

We go along the edge, detaching the clips and thus detaching the middle cover.

It's always good to be careful on the corners, because the cover is held very tightly on the corners, but also be careful with the edge of the display.

We need to lift the middle cover carefully and turn it over so as not to damage the fingerprint sensor cable.

Disconnect the battery connector as soon as you can. Use a non-metallic or plastic tool to avoid any damage.

ℹ️️ The Oppo A52 CPH2069 model has a battery BLP781 with a capacity of 5000 mAh (also known as a rechargeable battery).

Then we need to disconnect the fingerprint sensor connector with a non-metallic tool and remove the middle cover.

Using a screwdriver Phillips 1.5 mm (PH #000), unscrew the three screws securing the cover and the sub-board.

We can detach the cover with the loudspeaker. Carefully hook the edge in the right place, lift and remove the cover with the speaker.

After that we disconnect the connector of the inter-board cable, disconnect the connector of the coaxial cable, release the cable itself from the channel fixing it in the display frame.

And we can detach the sub-board.

All the same, we find the right place where we can easily pry up and remove the sub-board.

On the sub-board we have the charging port, microphone, headset jack port and other elements on the back side.

We can detach the rear cameras.

Gently hook the cameras by the edge, hold them so they don't accidentally pop out and remove the cameras to the side.

We move on to unscrewing one screw in the upper part. This screw fixes the cover, which hides the front camera and the ear speaker.

Now we can carefully remove the cover and put it aside.

We can detach the front camera.

Please note that some cameras have a protective copper heat- dissipating foil on them. It is better to peel it off and save it for reassembly.

We need to disconnect the connectors. We disconnect the connector of the coaxial cable, disconnect the connector of the inter-board cable, and display cable connector.

Carefully remove the printed circuit board. There is no need to use a lever or try to reach the circuit board by force. Make sure that nothing is getting in the way or holding the circuit board.

The motherboard, also, may be attached with attachments like latches or hooks, be careful.

⚠️️ Do not bend the circuit board when removing it or push tools under it. Unbeknownst to yourself, you can damage components or cables from the inside.

Finally, we need to detach the battery. Unfold the green tab and gently pull it upwards - thus detaching the battery.

⚠️️ Please note that in our case we don't have a protective transparent coating that protects the inter-board cables.

ℹ️️ In the display frame remained: the earpiece speaker, vibration motor, cables.
