Step 1.
Open the back cover
Open the back cover.
Step 2.
Remove the battery
Lift and remove the battery.
Step 3.
Remove the protective film
Peel back the protective layer hiding the screw.
Step 4.
Unscrew the screws
Using a screwdriver (hex T5), unscrew 7 bolts in the frame of the phone and 2 bolts on the right side of the phone.
Step 5.
Disconnect the connector
Lift up the frame. Disconnect the display connector.
Step 6.
Remove the rear camera
Disconnect connector on the PCB and remove the main camera.
Step 7.
Disconnect the connector
Disconnect the connector on PCB.
Step 8.
Remove the motherboard
Remove the PCB.
Step 9.
Unscrew one screw
Using a screwdriver (hex T5), unscrew 1 bolt securing the headphone jack/socket and vibration motor.
Step 10.
Remove the headphone port
Remove the cable with headphone jack/socket and vibration motor.
Step 11.
In the middle cover
Parts are in the middle frame.
