Step 1.
Open the back cover
Open the back cover.
Step 2.
Remove the battery
Lift and remove the battery.
Step 3.
Unscrew the screws
Using a screwdriver (hex T5), unscrew 4 bolts and a screwdriver (Phillips 1.5 mm PH000), unscrew 2 bolts in the frame of the phone.
Step 4.
Remove the vibration motor
Pry and remove the lower part with vibration motor.
Step 5.
Remove the frame
Pry and remove the middle frame with speaker.
Step 6.
Remove the cable
Disconnect the connector on the printed circuit board and remove the flat cable with Sim and MMC card holders.
Step 7.
Disconnect the connectors
Disconnect the connectors on the main PCB and coaxial cable connector on the upper board.
Step 8.
Remove the sub-board
Turn over PCB, disconnect the connectors from the inside and remove the board.
Step 9.
Unscrew one screw
Using a screwdriver (Phillips 1.5 mm PH000), unscrew 1 bolt in the upper PCB.
Step 10.
Remove the motherboard
Pry up the power & volume button flex cable and remove the PCB with inter-board cables.
Step 11.
Remove the cable
Remove the lower flat cable with buttons.
Step 12.
In the display frame remained
Parts in the frame of the display module.
