Remove the trays

Step 1.

Remove the trays

Using the key tool, open the SIM card and MMC card trays and remove them.

âš  Warning!

Do not push too hard this may cause damage.

Open the cover

Open the upper cover.

Unscrew the screws

Unscrew the screws

Using a screwdriver (hex T5), unscrew the 2 bolts in the top of the phone. 

Open the back cover

Using a screwdriver (Phillips 1.5 mm PH000), unscrew 2 bolts & disconnect the connector.

Unscrew the screws

Unscrew the screws

Using a screwdriver (hex T5), unscrew 3 bolts securing the charging port & board.

Remove the coaxial cable

Step 7.

Remove the coaxial cable

Disconnect connectors and remove coaxial cable.

Disconnect the connectors

Disconnect the connectors

Disconnect connectors on the PCB.

Unscrew the screws

Step 9.

Unscrew the screws

Using a screwdriver (hex T5), unscrew the 3 bolts on the PCB.

Remove the vibration motor

Step 10.

Remove the vibration motor

Pry up the vibration motor.

âš  Warning!

The vibration motor can be glued.

Remove the motherboard

Remove the PCB.

Remove the loudspeaker

Remove the loudspeaker

Pry and remove the buzzer (speaker) assembly.

Remove the bracket

Remove the bracket holds the carging port and lower PCB.

Disconnect the connectors

Disconnect the connectors

Disconnect connectors on the upper PCB.

Unscrew the screws

Step 15.

Unscrew the screws

Using a screwdriver (hex T5), unscrew 4 bolts in the upper PCB.

Remove the motherboard

Step 16.

Remove the motherboard

Remove the upper PCB.

Remove the battery

Step 17.

Remove the battery

Pry and remove the battery.

In the display frame remained

Step 18.

In the display frame remained
