Remove the trays

Step 1.

Remove the trays

Using the key tool, open the SIM and Micro SD cards tray and remove it.

âš  Warning!

Do not push too hard this may cause damage.

Open the back cover

Unscrew the screws

Using a screwdriver (Phillips 1.5 mm PH000), unscrew 5 bolts.

Remove the frame

Remove the metal frame securing connectors.

Disconnect the battery connector

Disconnect the battery connector.

âš  Warning!

We strongly recommend disconnecting the connector to avoid a possible short circuit during disassembly.

Open the back cover

Pry up the connector and remove the back cover.

Remove the cameras

Pry up the connectors and remove the rear cameras assembly.

Unscrew the screws

Using a screwdriver (Phillips 1.5 mm PH000), unscrew 5 short bolts.

Unscrew the screws

Using a screwdriver (Phillips 1.5 mm PH000), unscrew 2 long bolts.

Open the cover

Remove the cover.

Disconnect the connector

Pry up the buzzer (speaker) connector.

Remove the interconnect cable

Disconnect connectors and remove the inter-board cable.

Remove the sub-board

Pry up coaxial cable and remove the daughter board.

Remove the loudspeaker

Remove the buzzer (speaker) assembly.

Remove the coaxial cable

Pry up the connector and remove the coaxial cable. 

Disconnect the connectors

Disconnect connectors on the PCB.

Unscrew one screw

Unscrew one screw

Using a screwdriver (Phillips 1.5 mm PH000), unscrew 1 bolt in the PCB.

Remove the motherboard

Remove the PCB.

Remove the front camera

Remove the front camera

Disconnect the connector on PCB, and remove the front (selfie) camera.
