Step 1.
Remove the trays
Using the key tool, open the SIM card and MMC card trays and remove them.
âš Warning!
Do not push too hard this may cause damage.
Step 2.
Open the cover
Unstick the cover.
Step 3.
Unscrew one screw
Using a screwdriver (hex T5), unscrew 1 bolt.
Step 4.
Open the back cover
Open the back cover.
Step 5.
Unscrew the screws
Using a screwdriver (hex T5), unscrew 8 bolts.
Step 6.
Remove the loudspeaker
Disconnect connectors and remove the buzzer (speaker) assembly & coaxial cable.
Step 7.
Remove the motherboard
Disconnect connectors and remove the board with inter-board cable.
Step 8.
Remove the motherboard
Disconnect connectors on the PCB and remove it.
Step 9.
Remove the interconnect cables
Disconnect connectors and remove the inter-board cables.
Step 10.
Remove the battery
Lift and remove the battery.
Step 11.
Unscrew the screws
Using a screwdriver (Phillips 1.5 mm PH000), unscrew 4 bolts in the upper board.
Step 12.
Remove the loudspeaker
Pry and remove the speaker assembly.
Step 13.
Remove the rear camera
Disconnect connector on the PCB and remove the main camera.
Step 14.
Remove the motherboard
Remove the PCB.
Step 15.
Remove the buttons
Remove the on / off button (on the left or 1), the volume buttons (below or 3) and take off the vibration motor (2).
Step 16.
Identify the components
(1) Speaker (2) SIM / MMC holders cable (3) touchscreen cable (4) display cable.
